Compared to traditional manual printing and reactive printing, the operation process of pure cotton digital direct spray printing is still very simple and easy to get started. It can be generally divided into four steps: sizing, printing, fixing, and spraying softeners. The pure cotton digital direct spray printing process should not be simpler than this. Here are the four steps I mentioned in detail:

1. Sizing
Sizing is a pre-treatment process, which involves treating the liquid before spraying. In principle, digital printing and pure cotton digital direct spray printing do not require sizing. However, without sizing, there is still a gap between the color brightness of pigment ink and active digital printing. The effect of directly spraying pigment on cotton fabric with sizing is no less than that of active digital printing. Sizing requires the use of a dedicated sizing machine, which must ensure uniform sizing and drying of the processing solution on the fabric. If the sizing is not uniform, it will result in a poor printing effect. If the processing solution is not dried, it will also be easy for the ink to scatter during printing.
2. Printing
This step requires the operator to have some drawing skills. Of course, there may also be situations where the customer directly provides high-definition images such as AI, which saves the time of drawing. The rest is to load and unload materials, and the placement, collection, and drying of the fabric are all automatically completed by the pure cotton digital direct spray printing machine. As for the printing effect, there are two requirements: first, the ink should be matched, second, the curve should be matched, and third, the fabric should have a high cotton content. When we operate the printing process, we strictly adhere to the above requirements. With these factors, the finished products we print will have very beautiful effects.
3. Fixed color
Fixed color generally requires the use of a steamer, and the operator also needs to do the loading and unloading. The placement and collection of fabrics are also automatically completed by the machine, and the temperature and speed are adjustable. Drying for a certain time is sufficient. Of course, different fabrics may have slight deviations in time and temperature, and this is more dependent on our years of operation experience to achieve the best results.
4. Softening
After being starched, sprayed with ink, and exposed to high temperatures, the feel of cotton fabric will slightly harden. To restore its softness and provide a better feel, we usually need to spray a softener on the fabric. After spraying the softener, the feel of the cotton fabric will return to normal.
